Geneva Systems promotes a train-the-trainer approach to system education, and uses fully qualified instructors to provide training services.  Companies can receive remote web-based training powered by WebEx.  Using a standard web browser, WebEx allows Geneva Systems to arrange training meetings that are accessible from any Internet-ready computer; having everyone together in the same room is not a requirement.

Additionally, Geneva Systems has incorporated task-specific training videos within the GBMS application. These demos include voice narrations, and walk users step-by-step through a wide range of operational processes. The training videos complement GBMS’ built-in book online that guide users through setting up their database and proceeding with daily tasks.
