Create multiple price lists and schedules...

Use GBMS’ flexible pricing tools to store each item’s SRP and cost, as well as create multiple cost schedules, item price lists, and discount schedules.

For example, the ‘Item Price List’ functionality lets you set up pricing for specified item categories. The ‘Discount Schedule’ defines discount percentages for an item category.

Assign price lists to specific customers and warehouses...

Decide which customers and warehouses will be assigned price lists and discount schedules.

The customer’s record, for example, lets you assign up to two item prices lists as well as a discount schedule. This way, the systems can apply customer prices that are marked up / down from the item price.

Assign item prices lists and/or discount schedules to specified customer records.
