Account Reps & Sales Territories

Track detailed account rep information...

Set up account rep records to track individuals and organizations responsible for customers, quotations, sales orders, and returns. The Account Rep maintenance screen lets you enter and/or edit address information, commission percentage and vendor ID (for 1099 reporting).

Group account reps and customers in sales territories...

The Sales Territories feature provides an additional, optional level of grouping customers and account reps. You can assign each sales territory to a sales manager (from the list of account reps), and also assign account reps to multiple territories.

Customize fields…

Easily set up fields that will capture additional information about your sales reps. For example, record and track birthdays, work anniversaries, or specific account details. These custom fields can be editable text boxes or contain drop-down list boxes, and are used for report filtering and reference purposes.

Generate reports...

In GMBS, all quotations and sales orders are assigned an account representative. The account rep’s name will print on the order documents as well as provide a filter that lets you search several standard sales reports.
