Account Reps and Sales Territories

Track detailed information about your account representatives. You can also assign them to sales territories for classification, reference, and report filtering purposes.

Image 1: Sales Reps—General tab

Store the basic information about your account rep, including address and contact information as well as status, commission percentage, and assigned vendor ID and employee ID.

Image 2: Sales Reps—Signature tab

GBMS lets you insert an image of the account rep’s signature for use on the signature line of quotations and sales orders.

Image 3: Sales Territories—General tab

Define and assign a sales territory to an account manager. You can later assign account reps (and customers) to multiple sales territories. Use this information for filtering and reporting purposes.
